Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PicVerto mobile application ("App") developed and operated by Vembre Interactive ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using PicVerto, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
App Description
PicVerto is an image processing toolkit that allows you to compress, convert, edit, scan, and manage images and documents. All image processing is performed locally on your device — your photos are never uploaded to our servers.
Free and Pro Tiers
PicVerto offers both free and paid ("Pro") functionality:
- Free features are available to all users without a subscription and include core tools with certain usage limits.
- Pro features require an active subscription and unlock extended capabilities such as batch processing, additional tools, and premium presets.
The specific features and limits associated with each tier may change over time as we improve the App.
Subscriptions
Important: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- PicVerto Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store > Subscriptions.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Prices are displayed in your local currency within the App and may vary by region.
Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store > Subscriptions.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access to Pro features until then.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its components
- Distribute modified or unauthorized versions of the App
- Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to circumvent subscription protections or security measures
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Vembre Interactive and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Content you create or process using PicVerto remains your property. We claim no ownership over your images, documents, or other files.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PicVerto is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vembre Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, regardless of the cause of action.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of PicVerto after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
