About this policy

PicVerto (the "App") is operated by Aswathy S, trading as Vembre Interactive ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes what data the App processes, how we use it, and how you can contact us.

Key Point: Image processing happens on your device. Files you process are saved to your device's local storage (typically DCIM/PicVerto). We do not upload, store, or access your image content on our servers.

Scope

This policy applies to the PicVerto mobile application. It does not apply to any third-party website, service, or application linked from within the App. Your use of the App is also subject to our Terms of Service.

What we process

We process limited, pseudonymous information to operate, secure, and improve the App, and to understand how the App is used. Categories include:

This information is associated with pseudonymous identifiers, not with your name, email, phone number, or any account. The App itself does not request or collect direct contact information or precise location. If you choose to contact us by email, the email will contain your email address; we use it to respond to you and may retain it for support records.

How we use this information

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your information, and do not authorize others to use it, for cross-context behavioral advertising or to build individualized profiles about you for marketing or targeting purposes. We may share pseudonymous identifiers and aggregate or event-level usage information with advertising and measurement platforms (such as Google) primarily to evaluate the effectiveness of our own marketing. You can reset or limit standard advertising identifiers at any time through your device settings (on Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).

Service providers and platforms

We rely on third-party service providers and platforms to deliver and support the App. These currently include providers for app distribution and billing, on-device machine-learning utilities, analytics and crash reporting, performance monitoring, subscription management, and marketing measurement and attribution. Examples of providers we currently use include Google (Google Play, Firebase, Google Ads, Google ML Kit) and RevenueCat. The set of providers may change from time to time as the App evolves. Processing by these providers is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Subscriptions and billing

If you purchase a PicVerto Pro subscription, the purchase is processed through Google Play Billing and managed through our subscription provider (currently RevenueCat). In connection with this we may process a pseudonymous app user identifier, purchase history (product, transaction date, entitlement period), device platform and OS version, and country and currency from your store region. Payment card and billing details are handled by Google Play and are not received or stored by us.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Retention periods are determined in line with industry practice for analytics, diagnostics, and subscription records, and may vary by data category and processor. You may request deletion at any time using the methods below.

Deletion

You can request deletion of telemetry associated with your install in two ways:

We endeavour to action valid requests within a reasonable period. Deletion does not affect data we are required to retain by law (for example, tax records associated with subscription transactions).

Support requests

When you contact us through the in-app support option, the email may include a short diagnostic reference (typically your app version and pseudonymous install identifiers) to help us locate your records and debug the issue you report. This reference is generated only when you initiate a support email.

Grievance contact

In accordance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and applicable Indian data-protection law, grievances related to the processing of your personal information may be addressed to:

We endeavour to acknowledge and respond to concerns within a reasonable period.

Children

PicVerto is a general-audience utility application and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Security

We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
